Apollo Bagels has officially opened at Industry City. The cult-favorite bagel shop is now serving its popular sourdough bagels, schmears, and breakfast sandwiches seven days a week at its new location.
Khob Khun is now open at 226 Atlantic Avenue. They’re serving classic Thai dishes like green curry, massaman chicken, Thai iced coffee, and mango sticky rice.

Movies With A View: Hamilton @ Brooklyn Bridge Park, Harbor View Lawn (6:00pm-11:00pm): Grab a blanket and settle in because Movies With A View is back for another summer. The series returns with free Thursday night screenings throughout July and August. They’re kicking off the Fourth of July weekend with Hamilton.

50th Anniversary Weekend Shuttle Rides @ New York Transit Museum (July 4-5, 10:00am-4:00pm): Museum cars revive the spirit of the original HH Shuttle, the short shuttle service that once ran between Court Street and Hoyt-Schermerhorn. Board at the Museum and ride vintage trains back and forth along the same route that connected Brooklyn commuters in the 1930s and ’40s. Tickets are included with museum admission.
Sail4th Viewing Party @ Strong Rope Brewery (July 3-4): They’re hosting a two-day Sail4th viewing party with drinks, food, and waterfront views as dozens of tall ships make their way through New York Harbor. Stop by to catch the Parade of Sail on July 3 or the main flotilla on July 4, complete with breakfast specials and a chance to see the Blue Angels overhead.
Fourth of July celebration @ Red Hook Barrel Yard (6:00pm-10:00pm): Red Hook Bar & Cidery is hosting a holiday celebration with an open bar, cocktails, and front-row views of the fireworks over New York Harbor and the Statue of Liberty. General admission includes wine, cider, and themed cocktails, with VIP tickets offering premium drinks, food stations, and a private viewing deck.
4th of July Rooftop Party @ Alma (8:00pm-11:00pm): Alma is hosting a rooftop celebration with an open bar, passed canapés, and views of the Manhattan skyline and fireworks. Tickets include margaritas, beer, wine, and festive bites like ceviche, sliders, and flautas.
