As a self-proclaimed fitness junkie, I’ve tried just about every workout in the neighborhood, and there are far too many good ones to fit into a single week. But if I were building my ideal seven day lineup? This would be it.
Consider this your week of moving through Cobble Hill and beyond, with a little bit of everything: high energy strength, Pilates, sculpt, yoga, a waterfront run, and more.
Inside this guide: seven days of workouts in and around Cobble Hill, what we love about each one, plus a Google Map to make planning your week easy.
Monday: Arms & Abs at Barry’s
There is truly nothing more energizing than kicking off the week with a Barry’s class. No matter what happened over the weekend, you’ll leave that red room feeling ready to take on whatever Monday, and the rest of the week, throws at you. One of my favorite instructors, Alycia, an OG Barry’s lead instructor who has been teaching for more than 20 years, is on the Monday morning schedule, making this an especially solid way to start the week.
Highlights: High-energy start to the week, strength and cardio, Alycia on Monday mornings. New to Barry’s? Get your first class free.
Tuesday: Brooklyn Bridge Park (Run or Walk)

Whether you choose to walk it or run it, starting the day along Brooklyn Bridge Park is about as ideal as it gets. Making your way along the waterfront, wandering through the piers, people watching, and ultimately ending up grabbing a coffee in the area. The best part? You can make this as chill or challenging as you want.
Highlights: Free! Waterfront views, easy to customize, perfect excuse for a post workout coffee.
