Bar Ferdinando Now Open! Sal Lamboglia’s latest venture, Bar Ferdinando, officially opened yesterday in Carroll Gardens. The all-day spot pairs a front counter of standout pastries with a menu of snackable bites alongside a full dinner service.
High Beam Coffee has soft-opened in the former Local Roots space, bringing thoughtfully sourced coffee from Selina Ullrich. We stopped by during the soft opening and shared more from our visit over on our recent Instagram post.
The Red Hook Brooklyn Film Festival returns for its third year this May, expanding into a ten-day celebration of film, creativity, and community. With new outdoor screenings on a 32-foot screen, multiple venues, and a growing lineup of filmmakers.
A Cobble Hill townhouse owned by Daniel Craig and Rachel Weisz has sold for nearly $12 million (a major return on their original purchase). The four-story Strong Place home spans roughly 6,600 square feet and features a deep backyard, modern upgrades, and classic brownstone charm.
