Forty years for a pizza place means they survived every trend cycle and rent increase Brooklyn threw at them. The local loyalty economics are brutal tho, once the lease renews or ownership changes hands, even legendary spots can't always make it work. Restaurant Week lineup looks solid, especialy interested in Barbalu. These roundups actually help sort through whats worth checking out vs just another overhyped opening.
