✨ New Openings and Coming Soon ✨
Bolo Bolo Now Open! A colorful, welcoming addition to the neighborhood, serving fresh baked goods and creative drinks like the Ras Malai Latte, Sesame Hot Chocolate, and a perfectly comforting London Fog. Sharing more about our recent visit this week:
Gertie Coming Soon to Prospect Heights: Gertie will be a New York–style bagel and delicatessen spot from the team behind Gertrude’s. Keep an eye out for opening details and updates from this much-anticipated addition to the neighborhood HERE.
Listing Spotlight: A fully rebuilt townhouse in Cobble Hill has hit the market for $22 million, making it the most expensive listing ever in the neighborhood. “The sellers bought the Clinton Street townhouse in July 2020 for $3.85 million, scoring a Covid-era deal”. The 1850s façade remains, but the interior was gutted and reconfigured for light, openness, and modern systems, with seven bedrooms, terraces, a roof deck, elevator, and passive-house features. Listing agent: Lindsay Barton Barrett of Douglas Elliman
A Brooklyn No Kings rally is scheduled for Saturday, October 18, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the corner of Prospect Park West and Grand Army Plaza.
Brooklyn History: Opened in 1877 at Fulton and Smith Streets, the Mozart Concert Gardens offered German-style beer garden fun with music, variety shows, and acrobatics before closing a few years later. [Spellen of Troy]
